Arctic Business Alliance

ABOUT

The Arctic Business Alliance (ABA) is a network alliance currently consisting of 13 companies from Greenland and Denmark. 

The Trade Council’s Arctic Business Alliance supports companies from the Kingdom of Denmark with an interest in the Canadian Arctic market. This includes support and advise to members on the market situation in Canada, particularly within infrastructure. The Alliance shares information on upcoming tenders and infrastructure projects in Canada’s Arctic and Northern regions and coordinates meetings with relevant stakeholders, both private and governmental. Alliance members get together for yearly conferences and business events and take part in relevant delegation trips to Greenland and Canada.

As part of a larger Arctic commercial focus, The Trade Council is increasing its efforts in developing relations across the Arctic and identifying opportunities for East-West partnerships and collaboration. The Arctic Business Alliance is part of this overall strategy.
